Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 5a.--CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL HEALTH CARE NEEDS

      65-5a15.   Payment of claims, when.Notwithstanding K.S.A. 75-3731, the director of accounts and reportsshall accept for payment from the secretary of health and environment anyduly authorized claim for services even though such claim is notsubmitted or processed for payment within the fiscal year in which theservice is rendered and whether or not the services were rendered priorto the effective date of this act, except that no claim filed more thansix months after the time of service rendered shall be allowed or paid.
