Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-625.   Conditions of places of sale of food and drugs.Every place occupied or used for the preparation for sale,manufacture, packing, storage, sale or distribution of any food or drugshall be properly lighted, drained, plumbed, ventilated, screened andconducted with strict regard to the influence of such condition upon thehealth of operatives, employees, clerks or other persons thereinemployed, and the purity and wholesomeness of the foods or drugs thereinproduced.
