65-640. Same; serving at public places;notice; identification.It shall be unlawful for any person to possess in a form ready forserving oleomargarine or margarine at a public eating place unless anotice that oleomargarine or margarine is served is displayedprominently and conspicuously in such place and in such manner as torender it likely to be read and understood by the ordinary individualbeing served in such eating place and is printed in English upon eachbill of fare or menu, if one be used, and in letters not smaller thaneight (8) point bold-faced gothic capitals or not smaller than thatnormally used to designate the serving of other food items, the words"oleomargarine served here" or "margarine served here"; and in case nobill of fare or menu be used the manager or person in charge of suchestablishment shall cause to be posted upon each of two of the walls ofthe dining or eating room in a conspicuous position and in letters atleast one and one-half (1 1/2) inches in height, a placard containingon the face thereof the words in the English language, "oleomargarineserved here" or "margarine served here"; and such person shall keep saidplacard continuously posted as aforesaid so long as such substitute bekept or used.
No person shall serve oleomargarine or margarine at a public eatingplace, whether or not any charge is made therefor, unless (1) eachseparate serving bears or is accompanied by labeling identifying it asoleomargarine or margarine or (2) each separate serving thereof istriangular in shape.
