Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

65-6107. Conflict as to disposition of power, duty or function resolved by governor.Whenever any conflict arises as to the disposition of anypower, duty or function as a result of any abolishment or transfer made bythis act, such conflict shall be resolved by the governor, and the decisionof the governor shall be final.
