Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

      65-6108.   Disposition of property and records and appropriations;conflict resolved by governor.The emergency medical services board shall succeed to all property andrecords which were used for, or pertain to, the performance of the powers,duties and functions transferred to the board pursuant to K.S.A.65-6101. The unexpended balances of any appropriations for the bureauof emergency medical services, abolished by this act, shall be transferredto the emergency medical services board to be used by the board to carryout the powers, duties and functions transferred by this act. Any conflictas to the proper disposition of property or records or the unexpendedbalance of any appropriation arising under this section shall be determinedby the governor, and the decision of the governor shall be final.
