Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

65-6117. Standards for operation, facilities, equipment andqualification and training of personnel.If the governing body of a municipality establishes an emergency medicalservice or ambulance service as provided in this act, it shall establish aminimum set of standards for the operation of such service, for itsfacilities and equipment, and for the qualifications and training of personnel.
