Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

      65-6130.   Inspections; subpoenas of records; maintenance of records; personnel.The board may inquire into the operation of ambulanceservices and the conduct of attendants, and may conduct periodicinspections of facilities, communications services, materials and equipmentat any time without notice. The board may issue subpoenas to compel anoperator holding a permit to make access to or for the production ofrecords regarding services performed and to furnish such other informationas the board may require to carry out the provisions of this act to thesame extent and subject to the same limitations as would apply if thesubpoenas were issued or served in aid of a civil action in the districtcourt. A copy of such records shall be kept in the operator's files for aperiod of not less than three years. The board also may require operatorsto submit lists of personnel employed and to notify the board of anychanges in personnel or in ownership of the ambulance service.
