Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

      65-6134.   Temporary limitation or restriction of operator's permit; hearing.An operator's permit may be temporarily limited or restrictedby the board, pending a hearing, upon receipt of a complaint indicating thepublic health, safety or welfare to be in imminent danger. If an inspectionproves the complaint to be invalid, or that the cause therefor has beencorrected, the limitation or restriction shall be terminated.

      Proceedings under this section may be initiated by the board or by anyperson filing written charges with the board. The board shall not limit norrestrict any permit pursuant to this section without first conducting ahearing in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
