Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

      65-6140.   Same; acceptance of moneys and acquisition of property.For the purposes of establishing, operating and maintaining an emergencymedical services communications system, the emergency medical servicesboard may accept any grant of money or property, including any federalmoneys available therefor. Within the limits of appropriations available thereforand subject to approval by the secretary of administration under K.S.A.75-4709, and amendments thereto, the emergency medical services boardmay acquire, in the name of the state, any equipment necessaryfor such communications system.
