Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

      65-6150.   Unlawful acts.(a) It shall be unlawful for any individual to represent oneselfas an attendant or instructor-coordinator unless such individualholds a valid certificate as such under this act.

      (b)   Any violation of subsection (a) shall constitute a class B misdemeanor.
