Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

      65-6151.   Emergency medical services operating fund.There is hereby created in the state treasury an emergencymedical services operating fund. Expenditures from the emergency medicalservices operating fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation actsupon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant tovouchers approved by the chairperson of the emergency medical servicesboard or by a person or persons designated by such chairperson.
