Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

65-6157. EMS revolving fund.There is hereby created in the state treasury the EMSrevolving fund. All moneys credited to the EMS revolving fund shall be used bythe emergency medical services board to improve and enhance emergency medicalservices in the state. All expenditures from the EMS revolving fund shall bemade inaccordance with appropriation acts, upon warrants of the director of accountsand reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the chairperson of theemergency medical services board or by a person or persons designated by suchchairperson.
