Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 62.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

65-6219. Administration and enforcement ofact.To the extent practicable, the department shall administerandenforce this act and collect the assessments, interest and penalty assessmentsimposed under this act using procedures generally employed in theadministration of the department's other powers, duties and functions.
