Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 67.--ABORTION

      65-6712.   Same; failure to provide informed consentand printed materials under act isunprofessional conduct.Any physician who intentionally, knowingly or recklesslyfails to provide in accordance with K.S.A. 65-6709and amendments thereto the printed materials described in K.S.A. 65-6710 andamendments thereto, whether or not an abortion is actuallyperformed on the woman, is guilty of unprofessional conduct as defined inK.S.A. 65-2837 and amendments thereto.
