Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6a.--MEAT AND POULTRY

65-6a49. Same; injunctions.In addition to other remedies provided by this act the attorney generalis authorized to apply tothe district court, andsuch court shall have jurisdiction upon a hearing and for cause shown togrant a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person fromviolating this act.
