Article 6b.--AMYGDALIN (LAETRILE)

      65-6b04.   Same; act not endorsement; certain treatment by physician not prohibited.Nothing in this act shall be construed as constituting anendorsement of amygdalin (laetrile) for the treatment of any malignancy,disease, illness or physical condition, and nothing in this act shall beconstrued as preventing a physician from prescribing amygdalin (laetrile)as a dietary supplement to a patient not suffering from any known malignancy,disease, illness, or physical condition upon execution of the written informedrequest therefor.
