Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 7.--MILK, CREAM AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

      65-777.   Secretary may perform tests and assess feestherefor.(a) The secretary, through the department of agriculture'slaboratory, may testany sample of milk, milk product or dairy productfor bacteria or somatic cells or perform any other test required by this act orany rules andregulations promulgated under this act.

      (b)   The secretary ishereby authorized to establish by rules andregulations a schedule of fees for such tests performed by the laboratory whichare not performedfor regulatory purposes.
