Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 7.--MILK, CREAM AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

      65-779.   Permit to sell grade A pasteurized milk ormilk products.(a) Any person who is required to pay or remita fee under this act in order to sell, offerfor sale, receive or distribute grade A raw milk for pasteurization, grade Apasteurized milk orgrade A pasteurized milk products within this state shall first apply for andobtain a valid permitto do so from the secretary. Such permit shall be issued upon application tothe secretary, and nofee shall be charged therefor.

      (b)   No permit issued under this section shall be transferable. No permitshall be renewedif any assessments or fees required under this act aredelinquent.
