Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 7.--MILK, CREAM AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

      65-787.   Court may issue temporary restrainingorder.The district courts of the state of Kansas shall havejurisdiction to restrainviolations ofthis act or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. The court mayissue such orders, includingtemporary restraining orders, as the facts may warrant without firstrequiring proof that anadequate remedy at law does not exist. Any orders issued pursuant to thissection shall be issuedwithout bond. Proceedings may be instituted under this section without anycriminal proceedings,administrative proceedings or civil penalty proceedings being firstinitiated.
