Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 7.--MILK, CREAM AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

65-790. Penalties for violation of act.Any person who violates any provision of this act or anyrulesand regulations promulgatedthereunder shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and upon convictionthereof shall bepunished by a fine of not more than $500.
