Article 71.--ASSISTIVE DEVICE INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT PROGRAM

      65-7104.   Same; eligibility qualifications.A family or individual whose household income is less thanorequal to 300% of the federal poverty level may open an individual developmentaccount for the purpose of accumulating and withdrawing moneys for specifiedexpenditures. The account holder may withdraw moneys from the account on theapproval of the community-based organization, without penalty, for expendituresfor assistive technology.
