Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 72.--NATUROPATHIC DOCTORS

      65-7210.   Moneys received by board; disposition;healing arts fee fund.(a) The board shall remit all moneys received by or for itfromfees,charges or penalties to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto.Upon receiptof each such remittance, the state treasurer shalldeposit theentire amountin the state treasury. Twenty percent of each such depositshallbe credited to the state general fund and the balance shall be credited tothe healing arts fee fund. All expenditures from such fund shall be madein accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director ofaccounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the presidentof the board or by a person designated by the president of the board.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall take effect on and after January 1,2003.
