Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 72.--NATUROPATHIC DOCTORS

65-7217. Professional liability insurancerequired.Professional liability insurancecoverage shall be maintained ineffect by each naturopathic doctor as a condition to rendering professionalservice as a naturopathic doctor in this state.The board shall fix by rules and regulations the minimum level of coveragefor such professional liability insurance.
