65-7218. Confidential communications.(a) The confidential relations and communications between anaturopathic doctor and the naturopathic doctor's patient are placed on thesame basis as provided by law as those between a physician and a physician'spatient in K.S.A. 60-427, and amendments thereto.
(b) The provisions of this section shall take effect on and after January 1,2003.
