Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 73.--RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGISTS

      65-7311.   Same; duties.The radiologic technology council shall advise the boardregarding:

      (a)   Examination, licensing and other fees;

      (b)   rules and regulations to be adopted to carry out the provisions of thisact;

      (c)   subject areas to be covered during the educational program and on thelicensure examination;

      (d)   the number of yearly continuing education hours required to maintainactive licensure;

      (e)   changes and new requirements taking place in the area of radiologictechnology; and

      (f)   such other duties and responsibilities as the board may assign.
