Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-114.   Giving testimony or evidence in proceedings involving allegedviolation of act.No person shall be excused from testifying or from producing any books,accounts, maps, papers or documents in any action or proceeding, based uponor growing out of any alleged violation of any of the provisions of thisact, on the ground or for the reason that the testimony or evidence,documentary or oral, required from him, may tend to incriminate him orsubject him to penalty or forfeiture; but no person having so testifiedshall be prosecuted or subject to any penalty, punishment or forfeiture onaccount of any transaction matter or thing concerning which he may havetestified or produced any documentary evidence, providing that no person sotestifying shall be exempted from prosecution or punishment for perjurycommitted in so testifying.
