Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-117b.   Report to legislature of change of rates or schedules approvedby state corporation commission; contents; exclusions.The state corporation commission shall report to the legislature inaccordance with this section on or beforeFebruary 1 each year in regard to any changed rate, joint rate, toll, chargeor classification or schedule of charges, or any rule or regulation or practicepertaining to the service or rates of a public utility or common carrierapproved by the state corporation commission during the preceding fiscalyear. Such report shall contain statistical and narrative information asthe state corporation commission deems appropriate. Such report need notinclude any information regarding any public utility or common carrier thathad less than $10,000,000 annual operatingrevenues in the precedingcalendar year.The report to the legislature under this section shall be made by the statecorporation commission either (a) by publishing such report on the internet andbynotifying the legislature that the report is available and providing, as partofsuch notice, the uniform resource locator (URL) at which such report isavailable, or (b) by submitting copies of such report on CD-ROM or otherelectronically readable media to the legislature.
