Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-118l.   Same; time orders to becomeeffective.All orders or decisions of the commission shall become operative andeffective upon service of the order or decision, in accordance with theprovisions ofsubsection (a) of K.S.A. 77-530 and amendments thereto, unless otherwiseordered by the commission or a stay is granted. The commission may grant astay or suspend, in whole or in part, the operation of any order or decision ofthe commission in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 77-528 andamendments thereto.After thelapse of the time period in whichjudicial review of suchorder may be taken, such determinations and ordersshall be held to be conclusive as to the matters involved in anysuit to enforce such order or in any collateral suit or proceedings.
