Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-128i.   Presumption of lack of prudence if fine for safety or qualityviolation assessed; reduction of revenue requirements.If a fine or penalty for a safety or quality assuranceviolation is assessed by the nuclear regulatory commission against a publicutility governed by the provisions of this act, it shall be presumed thatthe act or omission of the public utility causing the assessment of thefine or penalty occurred due to a lack of prudence and the commission mayreduce the revenue requirements accordingly.
