Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-128r.   Depreciation fixed for electric utilitiespossessing a federal license to operate a nuclear generation facility.An electric utility which receiveson and after July 1, 2008,a license to operate a nuclear generation facility from the UnitedStates nuclear regulatory commission shall be allowed to use a book depreciableremaining life of not more than the amount of time remaining on the UnitedStates nuclear regulatory commission operating license of such facility.
