Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-129.   Examination of accounts and records.The commission shall have authority to examine and audit all accounts,and all items shall be allocated to the accounts prescribed by thecommission. The agents, accountants or examiners employed by the commissionshall have authority under the direction of the commission to inspect andexamine any and all books, accounts, papers, records, property andmemoranda kept by such public utilities and common carriers.
