Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-134.   Permit to transact business to be recorded on books ofcorporation.No common carrier or public utility governed by the provisions of thisact shall issue any stock, certificates, bonds, notes or other evidences ofindebtedness, for money, property or services, either directly orindirectly, nor shall it receive any money, property or services in paymentof the same either directly or indirectly until there shall have beenrecorded upon the books of such corporation the certificate of thecommission herein provided for.
