Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-144.   Same; application for relief from interstate rates orregulations.If any interstate rate, joint rate, fare, toll, charge, rule orregulation, classification or schedule of rates, joint rates, fares ortolls is found to be unjust, unreasonable, excessive, unjustlydiscriminatory, or unduly preferential, or in violation of, the interstatecommerce law, or in conflict with the rules, orders or regulations of afederal agency, the corporationcommission may apply bypetition or other proper method to therelevant federal agency forrelief.
