Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-175.   False swearing in proceedings; penalty.Any person who shall willfully and corruptly swear, testify or affirmfalsely to any material matter, upon any oath or affirmation or declarationlegally administered in any cause, matter or proceeding before thecorporation commission or any member thereof, or in any return, answer orreport required to be made, shall be deemed guilty of willful and corruptperjury, and shall be punished by imprisonment in thecustody of the secretary of correctionsfor a term not exceeding seven years.
