Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

66-179. Joinder of causes of action.In any action against any public utility or common carrier for violationof the provisions of law relating to such public utility or common carrier,the plaintiff may join in the same petition as many different causes ofaction as he may have against such public utility or common carrier.
