Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,105.   Service of orders and decisions; effective dates.The orders and decisions of the commission on the matterscovered by this act shall be made in writing and copies of suchdecisionsshall be served onmotor carriers by first class mail,except that orders and decisions potentiallyresulting in a negative impact upon any motor carrier's authority and initialorders in show cause proceedings shall be served by certified mail, returnreceipt requested. Every order and decision of the commission on matters covered by this actshallbecome operative andeffective within 30 days after service, and themotor carriershall carry the provisions of the order into effect, unlessthe orderis enjoined or set aside by a court of proper jurisdiction.
