Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,110.   Public motor carriers of property, ofhousehold goods or passengers declaredcommon carriers.All "public motor carriers of property, of household goods orof passengers" as defined in thisact are hereby declared to be common carriers within the meaning of thepublic utility laws of this state, and are hereby declared to be affectedwith a public interest and subject to this act and to the laws of thisstate, including the regulation of all rates and charges now in force orthat hereafter may be enacted, pertaining to public utilities and commoncarriers as far as applicable, and not in conflict.
