Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,111.   Types of carriers which must comply withact and otherapplicable laws.No public motor carrier of property or passengers or private motor carrier ofproperty or local cartage carrier shall operate any motor vehicle for thetransportation of either persons or property on any public highway in thisstate except in accordance with the provisions of this act, and amendmentsthereto, andother applicable laws.
