Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,112h.   Voluntary suspensions of permits or licenses; period;effect.Upon the request of the holder of any privatecarrier permit or interstate license, while serving in the armed forces ofthe United States, the commission is hereby authorizedtogrant to such holder a suspension of such permit or license for such periodand upon such terms and conditions as the commission may determine,except that nothing herein shall be construedto limit theauthority of the commission to cancel or revoke a permit or license forviolations of statutes or rules and regulations which have occurred priorto or during such suspension.
