Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,117.   Forms of application; hearings concerningapplications; written findings and recommendations to commission.The corporation commission shall prescribe forms of applications forcertificates, permits and licenses for the use of prospective applicantsand shall make regulations for the filing thereof. The commission mayuse a presiding officer from theoffice of administrative hearings as a presidingofficer for any hearing that may be required concerning anyapplication for a certificate or license and the presiding officer shallmake written findings andrecommendations to the commission.
