Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,135.   Invalidity of part.If any section, subsection, clause, sentence or phrase of this act isfor any reason held to be unconstitutional and invalid, such decision shallnot affect the validity of the remaining portions of this act. Thelegislature hereby declares that it would have passed this act and eachsection, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of thefact that any one or more of the sections, subsections, sentences, clausesor phrases be declared unconstitutional.
