Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

66-1,145a. Same; definitions.As used in this act:

(a) "Radio common carrier" means any radio common carrier as defined inK.S.A. 66-1,143, and amendments thereto.

(b) "Commission" means the state corporation commission.
