Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,151.   Violation of standards; penalty.Any person who violates any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to thisact, or any rule and regulation adopted by the commission and in effect onJuly 1,1969, shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed$25,000 for each violation for each day that theviolation persists. However, the maximum civil penalty shall not exceed$500,000for any related series of violations.
