Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,155.   Same; disposition of fees; gas pipelineinspection fee fund.The chairperson of the corporation commission shallremit all moneysreceived by or for it from fees, charges or penalties to the statetreasurer in accordance with the provisions ofK.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt ofeach such remittance,the statetreasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury.Twenty percent of each such deposit shall be credited to the stategeneral fund and the balance shall be credited to the gas pipelineinspection fee fund. All expenditures from such fund shall be made inaccordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director ofaccounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by thechairpersonor by a person or persons designated by the chairperson.
