Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,163.   Same; petition for reconsideration.No cause of actionarising out of any decision of the commission shall accrue to any party,unless such party shall have petitioned forreconsideration. In any subsequentaction or proceeding in the supreme court, no party shall urgeor rely upon any ground not set forth in the petition.
