66-1,165. Precedence of action for review.Any action for review pursuantto K.S.A. 66-1,164 and amendments thereto shall have precedence over allother hearings and shallbe heard not later than the first term of court after the action is commencedand the court shalldecide all such actions within 60 days after being docketed in such court.
