Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

66-1,176a. Severability.If any part or parts of this act are held to be invalid orunconstitutional by any court, it shall be conclusively presumed that thelegislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without suchinvalid or unconstitutional part or parts.
