Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

      66-1,190.   Telecommunications public utilities; publication and filing ofrates, rules, regulations and contracts.Every telecommunications public utility doing business in Kansasover which the commission has control shall publish andfile with the commission copies of all schedules of rates,joint rates, tolls, charges, classifications and divisions of ratesaffecting Kansas traffic, either state or interstate, and shall furnishthe commission copies of all rules and regulations and contracts betweensuch telecommunications public utilities pertaining to any and alljurisdictional services tobe rendered by such telecommunications public utilities. Thecommission shall have power to prescribe reasonable rules and regulationsregarding the form and filing of all schedules, tariffs andclassifications of all rates, joint rates, tolls and charges and allrules and regulations of such telecommunications public utilities, includingsuch protection of confidentiality as requested by the telecommunicationspublic utility, and the utility's suppliers and customers, for contractsentered into by them, and as the commission determines reasonable andappropriate.
