Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 1.--POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION

66-1,233. Same; publication and filing of rates, tolls, fares andcharges; copies of regulations and contracts; rules and regulationsgoverning printing and filing of schedules of rates, tolls, fares, chargesand regulations.Every miscellaneous public utility doingbusiness in Kansasover which the commission has control shall publish andfile with the commission copies of all schedules of rates,joint rates, tolls, fares, charges, classifications and divisions of ratesaffecting Kansas traffic, either state or interstate, and shall furnishthe commission copies of all rules, regulations and contracts betweenmiscellaneous public utilities pertaining to any and all services tobe rendered by such miscellaneous public utilities. Thecommission shall have power to prescribe reasonable rules and regulationsregarding the printing and filing of all schedules, tariffs andclassifications of all rates, joint rates, tolls, fares, charges and allrules and regulations of such miscellaneous public utilities.
