Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1205.   Same; prosecution.It is made the duty of the attorney general, on obtaining information ofany violation of the provisions of this act, at once to commence criminalaction for the punishment of the offender.
